Rapid Athlete Development
Welcome to Rapid Athlete Development, the premiere player development program in the Western United States! For 10 years RAD has been helping dedicated young hockey players reach their ultimate goals. From Squirts to NHL players, we are committed to developing a challenging curriculum that will push players to achieve their desired success.
RAD has created two distinct entities to maximize player potential. Development and Advancement. The Development portion of our program is built around our development camps and training sessions. The Development programming takes place in the off-season and is built to put players in a position to maximize their potential for the upcoming season.
The Advancement programming is tailored to help connect players with coaches and scouts from teams they hope to someday play for. Additionally, the advancement programming aims to educate players and families on the various routes to junior, college, and professional hockey.
Tournament Teams
RAD has 2 divisions of tournament team programming. Elite & AAA. Elite teams are made up of players who are towards of their birth year on the national level. AAA teams are made up of high level travel players who are looking to compete against higher level competition.
Teams are made up of players from around the country and are by invitation only. Please fill out a player profile form to be considered for one of our teams!
Elite Development Camps
RAD camps are for travel players only, and many of them are geared towards Tier level players. Camp curriculum is constantly evolving based on contributions from our network of high level coaches.
A typical Elite camp involves multiple on-ice sessions, professional dry land training, video review, and classroom sessions. The camps are meant to give young players an opportunity to compete against other top players while learning concepts that they will encounter at the next levels of their development!

Advancement
The player advancement program provides players and parents with the opportunity to learn from junior and college coaches about the different routes to reach their goals.
RAD's Player Advancement Camp is the most heavily scouted off-season event in the Western United States. It is a small camp that allows college and junior coaches an intimate setting to view the top players at each birth year. Since 2020 we have had over 20 players make Division 1 college commitments!
